Our creative writing group grows from strength to strength and the quality
of writing is excellent. Though the group dynamics change with each new member,
Mary, Alice, Ruth, Audrey, Bill, Barbara, Anna, Sal, Donna, Maureen,
Carole and Brian and John et al are proving truly collaborative and mutually supportive.

former TV comedian and BBC Radio presenter Jim Bowen. He too has courted a fair
share of controversy recently, but on the day, speaking to sixty people, many
of whom were aspiring writers, Jim pitched his talk at just the right level.

Lines, My Place In This Space and A Symmetry are works in progress now on the editing board.

artists alike that Darwen Live 2003 was the town’s most successful
yet of its annual music festivals.
I heard great reports on many of the gigs staged, and I

so many times that I can promise you I will be seeking
them out for a Back Stage Pass and exclusive interview
for these DLT pages.
